Now, select your preferred color and/or size and click ‘Add to Cart’. Of course, you can continue shopping—your cart will always be available by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner. Please note: Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.

Are you done shopping? Then it’s time to place your order! Click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to view your selected Floragummiesna items. On the next screen, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You will now land on the checkout page, where you can conveniently enter all your details on a single page.

Important: Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified. We process orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Floragummiesna covers all shipping costs—you pay no shipping fees!*

  • However, return shipping costs are at your own expense.

2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes! We ship all orders with Track & Trace. You can follow your order via the order status page. The tracking link will be sent to you via email once your package has been dispatched.

Please note that it may take some time for tracking updates to become available.

3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Floragummiesna strives for fast shipping. If you place your order before 3:00 PM on a business day, we aim to process it on the same day. Many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 10–15 business days.

4. WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held at a PostNL location (or Bpost for Belgium) for 7 days. You will receive a notification from the courier with the pickup location details. After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, leaving only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you think you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace status shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please report this to us. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, PostNL will initiate an investigation. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
