If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or not in their original condition.

  • Once approved, ensure your return is properly packed and meets the conditions listed below.

  • Clearly mark ‘Returns’ on the outer packaging of your package.

  • Use an insured, trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@Floragummies.com

  • All return shipments must be sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.

  • Your return must be approved beforehand – unapproved returns may not be processed.
